Every project feels new and exciting to me. I dig into the materials your team shares and search evidence-based and reputable resources for more information. When starting a new project in pharma and biotech, I make sure I understand the disease state, drug class, and market landscape.

I ask a lot of my own questions: I wonder… What if… because I am always honing and optimizing the approach. I have a strong capacity for spacial relationships, and that translates into visualizing the transition from questionnaire to data set and from qual and quant instruments into reports with data and insights you can use.

I make smart choices in all the work I do by finding the fulcrum to balance risk and benefit. I calculate when to play it safe and when to push the respondent, try a new methodology, and go out on a limb with a creative solution.
