Including telephone in-depth interviews, web-enabled interviews, online message boards, journaling, online ethnographies, and more.

Task-based work.

Including everything from report checking, program checking, clean reads of final documents, writing questionnaires and screeners, writing headlines and summaries in reports.

Research analytics.

Including short and long term project analysis support, both quantitative and qualitative, at any (or all) phases of the project. This often includes story development and report writing.

Strategic design and strategic insights.

Including making recommendations for strong design that can yield strong results, as well as making the most of limited resources, whether time, sample, or budget.

Client management and staffing support.

Supporting and maintaining client relationships during staffing gaps and leaves of absence. Mentoring and coaching junior staff as well as established staff new to therapeutic areas or methodologies.
