Bringing answers into focus

Expertise

Qualitative.

Sometimes your business decision needs detailed physician feedback to product profiles, and sometimes you need empathetic exploration with patients. I have been a patient care advocate and professional working across multidisciplinary settings, and I build respect, confidence, and trust with all respondent types.

Academic.

Developing collaborative relationships with academic institutions takes time and effort. In more than 20 years, I have worked with institutions like Harvard Medical School and the University of Michigan. I have been a funded moderator on multiple federally funded (R03, R21, R18) research grants, and I am a peer reviewed author.

Quantitative.

When you need to put numbers behind your decisions, you must ask the right questions in the right way. That’s when you need an experienced perspective to help you craft and hone quantitative instruments to drill down, ladder up, and measure your population of interest from customer segmentation to brand health to forecasting.

Industry.

It’s not all healthcare and pharma. I also bring my skills to other industry areas, including but not limited to financial services, tech, fashion, CPG, and even higher ed. (If you live in Michigan, you probably see a tagline I wrote and tested for a large public college!)

Therapeutic Areas.

As a breast cancer survivor and long time cancer advocate, my heart will always be first in oncology. However, after decades of healthcare research, I have developed expertise across scores of therapeutic areas including vaccines, cardiovascular, women’s health, diabetes, autoimmune, mental health, and genetic diseases, as well as strengths in many more.

Small Business and Non-Profit.

Smaller organizations also need to understand their clients, customers, and patrons to build a model and marketing plan for success. I have helped multiple small businesses and organizations better understand the needs of the people they serve so that they can provide more to their communities.
